Every April, when the flowers bloom, the 100-acre flower sea at the top of Mount Kunyu Taibai comes into our sight calmly, presenting a spectacular 100-acre flower sea scene, which has become the focus of flower viewing in Yantai in April and May.
There are dozens of varieties such as Zhiying, Dai Fen, weeds, roses and lilies planted in the flower sea of Kunyu Mountain. The flowering period lasts for one month and blooms twice a year. The combination of rime flower sea and eco-tourism has become a new choice for wedding photography tour, artistic sketch tour and surrounding holiday and leisure tour. At the foot of Kunyu Mountain, a hundred acres of cheese cherry blossoms are blooming into a sea of flowers, and even the air is filled with flowers. Enjoy the flowers at flowering time!

The specific location is: Kunyu Mountain Scenic Area, Wendeng District, Weihai City, Shandong Province (14 North of County Road). The lower right corner of Kunyu Mountain National Forest Park.
3. Introduction of scenic spots
Kunyu Mountain is located in the east of Shandong Peninsula, and the mountain range spans Yantai and Weihai. Here the mountains stretch, the forests are deep and the valleys are quiet. Climbing the main peak at an altitude of 923 meters, Taibo can overlook the Jiaodong Mountains. Walking in the mountains, you can enjoy the pure air. Qingquan Waterfall in the mountains makes people relaxed and happy, and it is an excellent summer resort. You can also visit the ancestral temple of Quanzhen religion, Xia Yandong and Shen Qing Temple, in this Taoist fairy mountain.
Kunyu Mountain Tourist Area is divided into five scenic spots: Taiboding, Jiulongchi, Wu Ran Temple, Xiayandong and Yuelu Valley Temple. Tickets for each scenic spot can be sold separately, or you can buy passes for five major scenic spots. However, there is a distance between the scenic spots, and there is no special connection traffic, so it takes two days to complete all the competitions, preferably by car or chartered car.
