Great cave ruins

Dadong Ancient Human Site is located in Shi Liping Village, Zhudong Town, 49 kilometers southeast of Panzhou City. This is a cave developed in thick limestone. It consists of five tunnels: Guanniu Cave, Shuidong Cave, Yinhe Cave, Main Cave Hall and Xiaodong Cave. There are shafts and cliffs between tunnels. The vertical height difference between top tunnel and bottom tunnel is 1 15m, and the total length of tunnel system is 1660m. The entrance of the big cave is closely connected with the main cave hall and is the main site.

Dadong site was discovered in 1990. From 1992 to 1996, vertebrate paleontology Institute of China Academy of Sciences, Institute of Paleoanthropology, Liupanshui Cultural Management Institute and Guizhou Normal University jointly excavated the site for three times.

1993, this site is rated as one of the top ten new archaeological discoveries in China and one of the most important Paleolithic sites in the world. In June, 200 1 year, it was listed as a national key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council.

mount danxia scenic area

Danxia Mountain Scenic Area is located in Shuitang Town, south of Chengguan Town, Panzhou. The altitude of the mountain is 1888 meters, and there is a temple at the top of the mountain, which is a temple for protecting the country. Huguo Temple was built in Wanli period of Ming Dynasty, and was originally the Taoist "Xuan Di Palace". In the 11th year of Chongzhen (1638), Xu Xiake visited Danxia Mountain in person. Accompanied by Yingxiu, a monk, Xu Xiake inspected the mountains, rivers, humanities and transportation here, and recorded these materials in Xu Xiake's Travels.

Biyun Cave Scenic Area is located at Chengguan Town 1.5km in Panzhou, and most areas in Panzhou have the habit of visiting Biyun Cave Scenic Area on the 23rd day of the first month.

Biyun Cave is divided into two caves, heaven and earth, with a height of10m, a width of 30m and a length of about 6.5km.. There are many inscriptions on the cliffs inside and outside the cave, and the "Yun Lan in the Cave" and the poems and historical sites recorded by the Ming Dynasty geographer Xu are well preserved.

In September 2005, Liupanshui Wumengshan National Geopark was officially approved by the Ministry of Land and Resources. Wumengshan National Geopark in Liupanshui includes two parks and five scenic spots, among which Biyundong Group Park, one of the two parks, includes Biyundong Scenic Area. Biyun Cave is a member of the World Cave Association.

Jiujian building

Jiujian Building is located in Chengguan Town, Panzhou. This building is the headquarters of the Second and Sixth Army Corps of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army when they passed Panxian on the Long March, and it is also the site of the famous Panxian Conference. The building was built in 1928. It turned out to be the fifth battalion of Huang Daobin, the fifth division commander of the 25th Army of the National Revolutionary Army. The building is a two-story wooden beam frame with a single eaves and a small hill top. The building area is 8 17.6 square meters, which is commonly known as the "ninth floor" because there are nine rooms up and down. 1982 was rated as a provincial cultural relics protection unit, and 1997 was rated as a provincial patriotic education base.

Shiqiao ancient ginkgo scenic spot

Shiqiao Ancient Ginkgo Scenic Area is located in Shiqiao Tole Village, 35 kilometers away from Panzhou Chengguan Town. There are more than 200 ancient ginkgo trees 1.200 in this scenic spot, with a diameter of about 50- 1.50 cm, and the largest reaches 220 cm. Generally, trees are over 300 years old, the longest reaching 500 years, and the trunk reaching tens of meters.

In February 2000, Toler Newspaper was approved by Guizhou Provincial People's Government and announced as a provincial-level scenic spot. Former residence of Zhang Daofan

Zhang Daofan is one of the celebrities in Panzhou. His former residence was built in the 17th year of Qing Emperor Kangxi (AD 1678), and he was admitted to the hospital three times. It consists of three gates and four dams. The main hall, main hall, wing, guest room and Ming building are all hard-topped civil structures, covering an area of 1449 square meters. In 2005, Panzhou Municipal People's Government invested and completed the first-phase maintenance project of main hall, wing room, living room and Ming building.
