Interview Rules

The interview strictly follows a double lottery system between examiners and candidates. That is, on the day of the interview, the examiner draws lots to determine the test site or room, and the candidates draw lots to determine the order in which they will participate in the interview.

During the interview, the interviewer and the examinee implement closed management. It is strictly prohibited to bring mobile phones and other communication tools into the interview examination room. Recruiting units are not allowed to provide candidates' personal information to interviewers. The examiner will give scores according to the candidate's interview serial number. Candidates are not allowed to reveal their names to the examiner during the interview. If there is any violation, the interview score will be zero.

The full interview score is 100 points, and 60 points is considered qualified.

For positions where the ratio of the planned number of recruits to the actual number of interviewees is less than 1:1 (including 1:1), the candidate's interview score must be above the average score (including the average score) of all the people interviewed by the examiner group that day ), but must not be less than 60 points. Note: For positions where the ratio of the number of planned recruits to the actual number of interviewees in counties (districts, administrative districts) and townships (towns) is less than 1:1 (including 1:1), the interview scores of the candidates must reach those of all the candidates interviewed by the examiner group on that day. The score line lowered by 5 points based on the average score will be considered as qualified, but it shall not be lower than 60 points.

The interview results will be announced on the day the interview ends.
