There is a purer place than Xiang Xue called Harmony.

There are beautiful women in the north, but they are very independent.

If there is a place where you can calm down, then this place should be Harmony in Xinjiang.

Speaking of harmony, many people may not be familiar with it. It is a purer place in northern Xinjiang than in Xiang Xue, China. It is located in Burqin County, Altay region. This is a beautiful village surrounded by birch trees, snow-capped mountains and rivers. Because of its charming original natural scenery, it was selected as one of the most beautiful villages in China by chinese national geography magazine.

In addition to the beautiful natural landscape, Harmony Village is also the concentrated residence of Tuwa people. It is the farthest and largest of the three existing Tuwa villages (Harmony Village, Kanas Village and Baihaba Village), with a total area of 3,040 square kilometers, so it is also called "the private plot of Shenhou Garden".

Almost isolated from the outside world. The villagers live a primitive and self-sufficient life, with few tourists, but they are famous scenic spots in the photography circle, because her wooden house and cattle, together with snow peaks, forests, grasslands, blue sky and white clouds, constitute an extremely dreamy beauty. Sunrise, morning fog, winter snow, and wooden houses can be photographed all year round, just like a fairyland, which makes people who have enjoyed the photos ask each other.

The villagers in Harmony Village have their own language. "Harmony" in the local language means "the two fattest pieces of meat on the back of a brown bear", which shows that local residents live a self-sufficient life, raising sheep and horses and planting precious Chinese herbal medicines. The wooden houses in Hemu Village are very distinctive: the villagers dig trenches at both ends of the wood, which are interlocking and built one by one, and the roof generally adopts a herringbone slope roof. The doors of every house are open to the east, and white cloth is needed to build new houses on the beams. Locals say it means praying. In their house made of pine, every joint of wood gap should be filled with a kind of grass called "Nuke". This kind of grass absorbs water and expands to fill the gap, and the wall will become airtight, so that it can keep out the cold.

Most people's understanding of Harmony Village is intoxicating autumn colors. The smoke from Ran Ran kitchen rises, forming a dreamy smoke belt, which is better than a fairyland. But I chose the cold winter to disturb this quiet fairyland. And when I personally appreciate the winter crops, you will, like me, overturn the previous idea that autumn is the most beautiful.

In winter, the grassland is MINUS 20 degrees Celsius during the day and MINUS 40 degrees Celsius in the morning and evening. If you stay outdoors for a while, your eyelashes and hair will freeze directly. The snow-capped Harmony Village and the isolated white outline integrate heaven and earth as if they were in a fairy tale world. Different from Ma Pingchuan in the northeast, the terrain here is undulating, and you can enjoy different landforms in two steps. Snow-covered adobe wooden houses are full of artistic flavor, and rows of birch forests are like ink-splashing landscape paintings against the distant snow-capped mountains, which has a feeling of crossing the Millennium.

As a photography enthusiast, when you come to Harmony, remember to bring a telephoto lens so that you can take close-ups of some parts.

If you want to see such scenery and take such photos, you have to get up before dawn and reach the top of the mountain in the cold of MINUS 40 degrees. The camera may freeze. Not everyone can wait for the miracle to bloom in this cold, but when they really see such a spectacle, this bitterness is easily forgotten.

Compared with the way of climbing to the top of the mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Harmony Village perfectly, the rime everywhere has become a "model" that can be photographed without much effort. Rime, commonly known as tree hanging, is a milky white ice crystal deposit formed by direct condensation of water vapor in the air at low temperature or direct freezing of supercooled droplets on objects. This is also a very rare natural wonder. However, this kind of landscape is very common in Kanas, and Remy is everywhere.

In addition to enjoying the beautiful scenery here, you can also try the unique local "horse-drawn sleigh" and "snowmobile" experiences. Riding is still a very common mode of transportation in Altai Mountain, and according to archaeological findings, sledding probably originated from the residents of Altai Mountain. Even though the economic life has been greatly improved, many local residents are still accustomed to using carriages and sledges to shuttle between the mountains, which has become a favorite cultural landscape for tourists in scenic spots.

With the development of tourism, many residents began to rent their houses as homestays. If you want to spend a beautiful morning, you may want to stay for one night and experience the simplicity of a harmonious life.

The advantage of taking pictures in snowy days is that they are all large. The grassland in winter is different from the noisy city, full of adventure, mystery and boiling vitality. Winter snow in northern Xinjiang, listening to the wind and rain of mountains and rivers, watching the stars in the lake and sea.
