Photography and psychotherapy

Mr kazuo inamori said in the Living Law: "What is the meaning of life? What is the purpose of life? My answer is: improve your mind and hone your soul. " Tempering the soul needs carriers and places. Mr. kazuo inamori believes that "work is a place to hone the soul."

In When Monks Meet Diamonds, Michael? Michael Roach said: "The real practice is not in the temples in the mountains, but in the business operation." The author is a teacher of Tibetan Buddhism and one of the founders of Anding Diamond Company. He also believes that spiritual practice needs carriers and places.

Everyone has the desire to change themselves and heal themselves, or wonder: why can't we change, because we have learned too many theories and learned too many truths. Then the way is to find a way to find a carrier.

Buddhism in Buddhism refers to the ways and methods to learn from Buddhism and become a Buddha. The Buddha has 84,000 methods to teach all beings, providing different methods for people with different roots. For us, to heal ourselves and hone our minds, we also need a way that suits us.

After studying photography for more than two years, I have no talent. At present, my photography is also very ordinary. But photography brings me a lot of inspiration and thinking. If a method can help you change and build your consciousness, then it may be a way for you to heal yourself.

What kind of healing experience does photography bring me?

We know that "present" is a very popular word and an important feeling, but it is difficult to do it. When you shoot an object with a lens, you will be completely alone with her, whether it is a flower, a snail or an aunt who dances in the square dance ... At this time, your mind has no fear of the future, and you will not regret the past. You just want to record this moment.

Perception and wisdom are closely linked, and it is difficult for a person with slow perception to have wisdom. Photography will make you sensitive to color, texture, light and season ... This spring, because of photography, I smelled the smell of aquatic plants, marveled at the crystal of dew, and could also distinguish the different scents of honeysuckle, peach blossom, rose and peony. When taking pictures, scenes and objects can also trigger your emotions.

The so-called consciousness-building is to jump out of the two-dimensional world to see things and behaviors. Behind the camera, you are an observer, and at the same time, healing will happen. Seeing that everything is in order, everything is just right. There is no need to compare "blue sky and white clouds" and "pear blossoms with rain" which is more beautiful, and we will not expect which flower blooms earlier and where spring will never disappear.

People want to be a beautiful image in the camera. Whether you are taking a portrait or being photographed, you will be judged whether you are satisfied with yourself. Sometimes, you try to behave well in front of the camera, but you find yourself looking the most relaxed. Sometimes, if you are not satisfied with your body shape, expression or dress, you still have a self-critical self inside. Portrait shooting will help you find the most beautiful place and the state you want most.

Looking at the kitchen of still life photography is like an oil painting, but if you don't take good care of your kitchen at ordinary times, you can't show the beauty of life. You can see that other people's white shirts and socks drying on the balcony are all landscapes, but you can't shoot such a balcony ... The photos are just the presentation of life. You need to create this kind of life state first, and you need to know what kind of life state you need.

Photography is a way of my psychological healing, and I can also establish good contact with the outside world through photography.

What about you? What's your cure? Music, dance, painting, handcraft, reading, writing ... find it, and believe that the healing has already happened at the moment of reunion with it!

On the 7th1day of 100-day writing, many friends recently asked me how to heal myself. Photography is a way for me to heal myself and know the world. Share it with everyone. Thank you for your trust. I was moved by a shining heart eager for change.

I am an explorer who thinks that life has infinite possibilities; I am a simple and pure disseminator of love and beauty;

I am the kindling that hopes to warm the world and be treated gently by the world; I am a magnet, willing to share my growth and be deeply attracted by others.

Grateful to meet!
