How to shoot jewelry

How to shoot jewelry:

1. Generally, when taking jewelry photos, try to avoid people facing the sun, which will easily lead to overexposure.

It is best to have two mirrors, one for viewing the LCD screen and the other for reflecting light to illuminate the dark place (where the sun can't shine).

3. Macro: Adjust the camera to macro mode. If the camera has a sharpening mode, turn it on. If the macro function of the camera is more than 5cm, then adjust the photo size of the camera to the maximum, so that the details of the photographed goods will not be lost during post-processing.

4. Composition: Try to take the central composition and diagonal composition to shoot the product composition. The camera and the goods are kept at a 45-degree angle overlooking, so that the products photographed are more comfortable visually.

5. Lighting method: It is best to use a non-projection camera. If not, you can put it on the table with glass plate and coke bottle DIY (pay attention to the white cloth or white paper on the table, otherwise the color of the table will be reflected on the goods when the bottom light source is illuminated). When shooting, the light should be distributed on the left, right and bottom. If the effect is better, a mobile lamp should be prepared to illuminate the goods from a little distance to create bright spots or reflective points to further strengthen the texture of the goods.
