The most practical but neglected function of Xiaomi MIUI 12.5: Don't choose multi-screen collaboration of computers.

The stable version of Xiaomi's new system MIUI 12.5 has been gradually pushed. The first batch of upgrades brought seven models, namely Xiaomi 10, Xiaomi 10 Pro, Xiaomi 10 speed commemorative edition, Xiaomi 1 1 0. A few days ago, my Xiaomi 10Pro also upgraded MIUI 12.5. This new system has a very useful function called MIUI+. Because there is no separate APP, it has been ignored by many friends. Personally, I think this should be the most amazing function of MIUI 12.5.

As we all know, Huawei EMUI system has multi-screen collaboration function, and all friends who have used it know that this is a very practical function. You can connect the mobile phone with the computer and edit the files of the mobile phone with the computer, which greatly improves the work efficiency while liberating the mobile phone. Xiaomi's MIUI+ is also a similar function.

As we all know, Huawei's multi-screen collaboration requires Huawei's mobile phone to cooperate with Huawei's computer. I used Huawei's mobile phone before, but the computer is Lenovo's brand, so I didn't really experience multi-screen collaboration. Xiaomi's MIUI+ has a great advantage that it doesn't need a Xiaomi notebook. Download the "MIUI+Beta" client on your computer, and then scan the code with your mobile phone to connect.

There is nothing wrong with the connection stability at present. After the first pairing, you can choose the default connection later. When I go out to exercise and sit next to the computer, I can restore the connection without feeling, without any operation. Of course, this requires turning on the wireless network and Bluetooth, which will increase some power consumption.

After the connection, the mobile phone interface is synchronized to the computer, and the operation is very smooth. The delay between the mobile phone and the computer is basically imperceptible if you don't play games. The computer can open up to three interfaces, and the mobile phone will be consistent with the main interface. The other two interfaces can open some other applications, such as swiping Weibo, browsing Taobao and ordering takeout.

MIUI+ will have a main interface on the right side of the computer. The main interface is equivalent to the notification center of the mobile phone, including the notification center, recent files and my application. The first application is the recently opened application of the mobile phone or the application corresponding to the main interface, followed by file management and note resident. This interface can be moved to the side to float and hide, and the interface will automatically pop up when the mouse moves to the far right of the screen.

Files of mobile phones and computers can also be transmitted seamlessly and dragged directly, which greatly improves productivity.

Many friends say that MIUI+ doesn't have a separate APP, so I can't find it. Here's a hint for you. You can directly search in the settings, and then download the MIUI+ client on the computer and scan the code connection.

After a few days of experience, I personally really like this function, which is quite novel. The mobile phone is put aside and controlled by the computer, which is very convenient for people who often transfer files back and forth between the mobile phone and the computer. Of course, sometimes there will be some minor bugs, such as delayed congestion, and multiple windows can't be opened when the network is bad. I hope the follow-up can be further improved, which is good overall.
