Common sense of photography

hole

Large aperture: blurred portrait background

Small aperture: the scenery is clearer.

shutter

Fast shutter: suitable for capturing babies, pets, athletes, etc.

Slow shutter: suitable for shooting motion tracks, waterfalls, taillights, etc. You also need a tripod.

speed

Low sensitivity: 100-200, suitable for well-lit environment and good imaging quality.

High sensitivity: it can be used when shooting at night, and the quality of thousands of sensitivity will not deteriorate. As a last resort, please use it with caution.

focal length

Fixed focus lens: F50 1.8mm small spittoon is very popular, and the blurred portrait background with large aperture is great.

Wide-angle lens: 16mm 18mm wide-angle end, which is very suitable for taking scenery/group photos of large scenes, with grand momentum and broad vision.

Telephoto lens: 135mm200mm telephoto end, which is suitable for shooting the distant view and also helps to blur the background.

Adjustment sequence of aperture, shutter and ISO

Step 1: Adjust the aperture value

According to the different shooting scenes and shooting objects, you can choose Av aperture priority mode or M manual mode to set the aperture value of the camera.

The smaller the aperture f, the brighter the photo.

Step 2: Adjust the shutter speed.

Except the slow door, the shutter speed of other hand-held shooting shall not be lower than1100s, and the shutter speed must be higher than the safe shutter speed.

Step 3: Adjust the sensitivity.

The sensitivity is generally set to 100. If the picture is still dark after adjusting the aperture and shutter, you need to increase the sensitivity to brighten the picture, but the sensitivity should be moderate, and the night scene shooting should not exceed 3200.

The smaller the ISO number, the less light, the darker the photo, and the better the picture quality.

Exposure numerical reference

AV aperture priority mode:

Shooting scenery: F8-F 1 1 (with medium aperture and small aperture)

Portrait shooting: Maximum aperture below F2.8

Shooting still life: the maximum aperture is lower than F2 (the background is blurred and highlights the subject).

Macro shooting: F8-F 1 1

Shooting Star Man/Slow Gate: F 1 1-F20

Television shutter priority mode

Normal portrait posing: 1/80 seconds or more (recommended 100 or more)

Dynamic snapshot:1/more than 500 seconds.

Running/flying birds/waterfalls:11000 seconds ~ 1/2000 seconds.

Slow door/taillight drawing/painting: 1/30~ 1/4 seconds

M-gear pure manual mode

Outdoor portrait:1100seconds ISO 100F 1.2-2.8 (sunny day)

Indoor portrait: 1/80 seconds ISO 1500 or so is lower than F2.8

Moon shooting: 1/500 seconds ISO 200F8

Shooting the Milky Way: 30 seconds? ? F 2.8

Teach you focal length.

The focal length of the lens will be marked on the lens of the camera, for example, 50mm has only one number.

This means that it is a fixed-focus lens with a focal length of 50 mm And 18-200mm, there are two numbers.

This means that the focal length of the lens is in the range of 18 to 200, and the lens belonging to the zoom lens can rotate.

What is a telephoto/fixed focus/wide angle lens?

The smaller the focal length, the wider the wide angle and the wider the picture taken by the lens. The larger the focal length, the longer the focal length, such as 200 mm When you turn the lens and enlarge the object, the picture will get closer and the content will be less. The telephoto/wide-angle lens is suitable for taking landscape photos. The fixed-focus lens is suitable for taking portraits at close range.

What is depth of field?

The smaller the focal length, the greater the depth of field and the clearer the background. It is used for scenery.

The greater the focal length, the smaller the depth of field and the more blurred the background. Used of portraits.
