Organization of Gansu Federation of Literary and Art Circles

Gansu Federation of Literary and Art Circles has offices such as Office, Personnel Department, Organization Department, Government Party Committee and Literature Theory Research Office. There are 12 provincial professional writers' associations directly under it, namely writers' associations, artists' associations, calligraphers' associations, acrobats' associations, folk artists' associations, dramatists' associations, film producers' associations, television artists' associations, musicians' associations, photographers' associations, folk writers' associations, dancers' associations and literary colleges. He has edited and published Flying (formerly Gansu Literature and Art), Contemporary Literary Thoughts (later merged into Flying) and Song of Qilian (later changed to Little Player). Window of Literature and Art was published in1992 (changed to Gansu Literature and Art Newspaper in 2000 and Gansu Literature and Art Magazine in 2004).
