Judging from the black gradient below, it is not a black background. It should be a whole piece of gray background cloth, which is the same as the one under the teapot.

For studio photography, the lighting method is from the top, only near the teapot. It looks like it's not facing the top from the shadow, it should be at an angle.

Seeing that the teapot has both high light points and dark parts, it should be the spot metering method used. The metering point should be the point above the word "情". Because only the teapot has light, and the light in the teapot is measured compared to the middle section, the darker background is black.

Judging from the background blur and sense of space, it should have been taken with a slightly longer focal length, not too long. From the perspective of the subject teapot, the aperture should not be too large. The focal length and aperture can be tested based on the studio you built. The key points are top lighting, lighting range, angle and spot metering.
