Of course, there are many softwares, such as GAMMA (the most classic) for SAR image processing and for ocean altimetry ... but I don't think it is generally used, and these softwares are generally developed abroad. It seems that there is no Chinese version yet, and the platform is not windows, but generally linux.

Also, use matlab to do data processing. It is easy to calculate the matrix, but it is not necessary. Many open source libraries have the function of matrix operation.
