How to maintain and maintain bearings

In order to give full play to the role of bearings and maintain their proper performance for a long time, it is necessary to carry out regular maintenance (regular inspection). It is very important to improve productivity and economy through proper regular inspection, so as to find faults early and prevent them before they happen. Storage bearings have been coated with proper amount of antirust oil and packed with antirust paper when they leave the factory. As long as the packaging is not damaged, the quality of the bearing is guaranteed. However, for long-term storage, it is recommended to store it on a shelf 30 cm above the ground under the conditions of humidity below 65% and temperature around 20℃. In addition, storage places should avoid direct sunlight or contact with cold walls. When cleaning and removing bearings for inspection, please record the appearance by taking photos or other means. In addition, before cleaning the bearing, please confirm the amount of remaining lubricant and sample the lubricant.

1. Replace the bearing strictly and regularly, and the replacement period should be set reasonably according to the use of the bearing;

2. Before using the new bearing, it must be checked. The content of the inspection is whether the packaging (preferably instructions and certificates) is in good condition; Whether the identification (factory name and model) is clear; Whether the appearance (corrosion, damage) is good;

3. The new bearings that pass the inspection cannot be cleaned under normal operating conditions (motors with more than two poles); Do not clean the new sealed bearing.

4. The bearing cover and bearing must be cleaned before oil change. Cleaning is divided into rough washing and fine washing. The oil used for rough washing is clean diesel or kerosene, and the oil used for fine washing is clean gasoline.

5. During rough washing, please scrape off the waste oil on the old bearing with bamboo pieces, and then scrub it with a soft brush in the cleaning solution. When brushing your teeth, you must follow the same direction. It is forbidden to turn the roller. For fine cleaning, please slowly rotate the bearing in oil to clean it carefully. Finally, rinse it twice with clean gasoline.

6. After cleaning the bearing, turn it by hand and shake it radially and axially by hand to determine whether it is loose or the gap is too large. If necessary, check the gap. If the ball or roller frame is found to be seriously worn, rusted and metal peeled off, it should be replaced.

7. After cleaning and checking the bearing, wipe the cleaner (or dry it) with a white cloth and add qualified grease. It is not allowed to add different types of grease to the same bearing.

8. When refueling, please don't sprinkle powder in the surrounding environment; Fill the oil with clean hands, slowly turn the whole bearing with one hand, and then pump the oil into the bearing cavity with the middle finger and forefinger of the other hand. Add one side and move on to the other. According to the number of motor poles, remove excess grease.

9. Oil quantity of bearing and bearing cover: the oil quantity of bearing cover is 65438+ 0/2 ~ 2/3 of the capacity of bearing cover (the number of poles of motor is the upper limit); The bearing oil quantity is 1/2 ~ 2/3 of the bearing inner ring and outer ring cavity (the maximum number of motor poles is the upper limit).

10. When changing oil, the motor end cover with oil injection hole and oil drain hole must also be cleaned to ensure smooth passage. When refueling, the oil hole must be filled with oil.

1 1. Motors with oil holes must be oiled regularly. The refueling period depends on the operation requirements and conditions of the motor (usually the two-pole motor runs for 500 hours in 24 hours).

12. When refueling, the refueling port must be clean. The amount of oil replenishment is limited to the bearing temperature rising by 2 C (for 2-pole motors, please quickly replenish oil twice with an oil gun, observe 10 minute, and then decide whether to continue to add oil according to the situation).

13, when disassembling the shaft, ensure that the stress points are correct (the inner ring of the shaft is pressed, and the inner and outer rings of the end cover are pressed) and the stress is uniform. The best methods are press-in method (small motor) and hot sleeve method (large interference large motor).

14. After installing the bearing, evenly apply a small amount of grease on the contact surface. After the bearing is installed, the clearance between the bearing inner ring and the shoulder must be checked (preferably no clearance).

15. The heating temperature of bearing hot sleeve method is controlled at 80 ~ 100℃, and the time of 80 ~ 100℃ is controlled within 10 minute. When heating the oil, please make sure to use non-corrosive mineral oil (preferably transformer oil) with good thermal stability, and keep the oil and container clean. Set a metal mesh hole 50mm to 70mm away from the bottom of the oil tank, put the bearing on the mesh, and hang the big bearing with a hook.

16. Check the motor regularly and record the running state of the motor (motor vibration, motor and bearing temperature, motor working current). Usually, a two-pole motor of more than 75KW is used once a day. If there is any abnormality, please strengthen the inspection and inform the relevant parties.

17. All maintenance work of bearings must be recorded as the basis for setting the periodic replacement cycle of bearings and judging the quality of bearings.

Bearing maintenance procedures (learn more on MR0BAY)

1. First remove the wheel and remember to unscrew the screws. If you drop it, it will be very troublesome.

2. Remove the bearing. The cores of some wheels are too tight and the bearings are difficult to remove. Just use a hexagon wrench (wrench for removing screws) to dig it down. Don't worry, bearings don't break easily.

3. First, brush off the dirt on the bearing surface with a toothbrush. This step is very good, no problem.

4. The side covers of some bearings are detachable, while others are not. First, judge whether the bearing is detachable.

If it is detachable, it is very simple. Lever up the C-ring in the clearance of the C-ring with a linear precision screwdriver, and then remove the side cover, only one side can be removed.

6. If you can't move, it will be much more trouble. Use destructive methods. Use a precision screwdriver to reach into the seam of the side cover and pry up the side cover. No doubt, that's all, but this side cover won't fit. Remove only one side and then two sides.

7. Remove one side cover of all bearings, and then start cleaning. Pour the grease into the bowl, put down the bearing and stir.
