Super cute! Vector, a mini artificial intelligence robot, has released a desktop super mini with digital assistant function.

Anki, launched by Apple at WWDC20 13, will launch a mini artificial intelligence robot Vector, which is small enough to be placed on a table. Anki is not only a universal digital assistant, but also has the functions of family photography safety and home appliance control.

AnkiDrive, which was praised by Apple in the past and demonstrated on WWDC20 13 stage, was put on the Kickstarter page by Anki earlier, hoping to collect feedback from all parties through fund-raising.

In fact, Vector has entered the mass production stage, but Anki hopes to attract more people who are interested in artificial intelligence robots through the Kickstarter page and give different feedback so that Vector can be better adjusted before actual shipment.

Vector itself is driven by the processor of Qualm Internet of Things application platform APQ8009, which corresponds to industrial Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection respectively. It also integrates HexagonDSP and AdrenoGPU, so it integrates the SnapdragonAI computing engine and image processing capability to meet the computing requirements of Vector for learning and understanding voice-activated commands through camera lens and identifying front image objects.

Vector itself is designed with a small volume, and the wheelset can move freely on the desktop. At the same time, it also has the ability to identify the edge of the table to avoid falling off the table. If it encounters an obstacle, it can escape through the movable support or push the obstacle away. The screen itself can not only display vector expressions, but also interact with users through simple display effects.

According to Anki's explanation, Vector's position is "a partner waiting for you at home at any time". For example, users can make a sound to greet them when they get home, or remind them of what to do when they go out. At the same time, users can also ask people, things, things, food nutrition, climate, sports events, stocks, time, unit conversion, exchange rate, formulas, things to do, and even help users take pictures, set alarm clocks and play interactive games.

In addition, Vector can also link through the mobile App, corresponding to iOS and Android respectively, and even support the operation of Amazon's Fire series tablet devices. Vector will also allow developers to create more application functions, and it can also be linked with coding, so it can also become an application tool for coding teaching.

Vector is expected to list at a suggested price of $249 and an early bird price of 199. It is expected to be listed in June this year, but it is only sold in the United States at this stage.
