The national preparatory qualification examination for photographers is divided into four grades, and each grade examination includes three parts: technical knowledge, skill test and photographic works. Three, the charging unit shall apply for the "license fee" to the designated price department in accordance with the relevant provisions, and use the administrative fee bills uniformly printed by the Ministry of Finance and the financial departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government according to the financial affiliation.
