How to make vanilla cream cup cake?

Cake ingredients

225g unsalted butter, 210g caster sugar, 210g whole eggs, 200g low-gluten flour, 2.5g baking powder, 2.5g vanilla extract

Step1 Cake Making

① Sift the baking powder and low-gluten flour together and set aside.

② Soften the butter and cut into small pieces.

③Add the fine sugar to the butter in 3 portions and mix evenly.

④Use an electric mixer to beat the butter and granulated sugar until it turns light yellow.

⑤ Beat the eggs and slowly add in three times. Add vanilla extract.

⑥Add sifted baking powder and low-gluten flour.

⑦Use a rubber spatula to stir the batter thoroughly until smooth and thick.

⑧ Use a spoon to put the batter into the paper cup mold, fill it eight-quarters full, and then put it into an oven preheated to 190℃ and bake for 15-17 minutes.
