Does Amishacin diminish inflammation?

It is a semi-synthetic aminoglycoside drug, which is obtained by introducing hydroxybutyryl chain into the streptamine part of kanamycin A molecule. Its mechanism of action is to act on ribosomes in bacteria, inhibit the protein synthesis of bacteria, destroy the integrity of bacterial cell walls, and lead to the destruction of bacterial cell membranes and cell death. This product has strong antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus (indole negative and positive), Klebsiella, Acinetobacter, Citrobacter and some strains of Serratia and Enterobacter. It also has certain antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, atypical Mycobacterium and Staphylococcus aureus (enzyme-producing and enzyme-producing strains). This drug is ineffective against Gram-positive cocci (except Staphylococcus aureus), anaerobic bacteria, rickettsia, fungi and viruses.
