How to take panoramic shots

The way to take panoramic photos is to use a tripod or tripod + L-shaped bracket or panoramic head.

Keep the tripod and camera level. Set up the tripod and make sure it is level (check with the tripod’s level bead). When shooting horizontally with the camera, just mount the camera on the gimbal according to your usual usage habits, and adjust the gimbal to keep the camera level. If your tripod does not have a level bead, you can purchase a separate level bead online.

Take multiple photos with the same focus distance and exposure value in sequence. A panorama requires multiple images to be stitched together. According to the shooting scene, usually use M mode and manual focus, set the focus, aperture and shutter speed all at once, and follow the set direction (such as from left to right or right to left) sequentially and continuously. Take multiple photos, each photo should have overlapping parts.

Photography skills:

1. Grasp the light. Light is the soul of photography. When taking photos, pay attention to the direction and intensity of the light. Natural light is the best light source, especially shooting during golden hours (the period around sunrise and sunset) for soft, warm light. Avoid shooting directly in strong sunlight, cloudy and cloudy weather is also a good time to take photos.

2. Plan the composition. Composition is one of the basic elements of photography. Reasonable composition can make photos more visually impactful. Try using the "rule of thirds" to arrange your subject and other elements in your image. In addition, try shooting from different angles, such as overhead shots, upward shots, etc., to bring rich visual effects to the photos.
