Who knows "how to be a good counselor and carry out the activities of the Young Pioneers well" —— The understanding team of the first Young Pioneers Theme Team Design Competition of the Humanities Department will give lectures. In order to improve the level and quality of the competition, our department specially invited Director Chen Na of the Academic Affairs Office of Nantai Experimental Primary School to give guidance and special lectures.

Director Chen began to share his personal experience from three aspects: the position of Young Pioneers' work in primary education, the work of counselors and how to plan team activities. Through case analysis, picture display and on-site interaction, it tells us that the Young Pioneers' work is solid and effective, moral education is effective, and teaching is effective. Director Chen guided the students to understand the work of brigade counselors from three angles: professional understanding, professional accomplishment and professional development; It is concluded that the planning of team activities should be combined with the three principles of team activity design, so as to make it small, close to life, go deep into it and explore independently, that is, small, practical, in-depth and exploration; Remind students to take care of the psychological changes of different children when drawing up the team activity plan, and design and carry out different theme education activities in different grades. Finally, director Chen ended the lecture with the story of an old carpenter: life is a project we do ourselves.
