How to catch crucian carp in cold weather

First, choose the right weather to go fishing.

When it is cold, it is better to fish crucian carp on cloudy days than on sunny days, because on cloudy days, the water temperature at the bottom is relatively high, and the crucian carp will move underwater for food, and the crucian carp at the bottom is better than the floating crucian carp. Secondly, try to choose windy weather to go fishing, as long as it is not windy, because windy can increase the oxygen content in the water and make crucian carp more active.

Second, we must find the fish nest first.

In cold weather, the range of activities of crucian carp is smaller, and it will become more difficult to lure fish, so it is very important to find the fish nest of crucian carp. When fishing crucian carp in winter, the fish nests of crucian carp are generally concentrated in the following categories, near aquatic plants, under trees, under bridges and at the tips of birch trees. Don't fish too close or too shallow. It's better to fish a little farther and deeper.

Third, adopt the correct nesting method.

When the weather is cold, the food intake of crucian carp will decrease obviously. Although it can open its mouth for food, it won't eat too much. Therefore, the nesting amount must be controlled in a small range, and a large number of nesting cannot be done, otherwise it will easily lead to dead nesting. It will be better to use fishy pasta bait as nest material and add some rice wine to keep the fish. If the fish mouth is not good, you can add a small amount of food promoters, such as fragrant dopa salt and fish α, to promote the opening of crucian carp, which can not only promote the hunger of fish, but also enhance the vitality of fish.

Fourth, try to use live bait for hook bait.

If the weather is very cold and the temperature is lower than 10℃, we suggest using live bait hooks, and the fishing effect will be more obvious. If the temperature is between 10~20℃, you can hook the fishy pasta bait and pull the bait directly. The fishy smell is dominant, supplemented by the fragrance.
