Thin about art teaching in primary school

There are many kinds of fine arts, generally including sculpture, painting, design and architecture. Some modern scholars also divide others into several categories, such as calligraphy and photography. Next, I collected some reflections on art teaching in primary schools. I hope you like them.

Reflections on Art Teaching in Primary Schools (I)

Association of daily necessities is a comprehensive practical course, which guides students to understand that daily necessities have different shapes for different purposes, thus causing students to have rich associations with them. In this course, students can freely choose the form of expression. Judging from students' homework, it can be roughly divided into two parts: one is painting performance, and the other is decoration production. In teaching, I pay attention to two aspects of guidance. First, when observing the same object, you can change different directions and positions for observation, and different observation angles will produce different associations; Second, the same object, viewed from the same angle, will have different associations. There is another interesting phenomenon in the classroom. Due to the variety of daily necessities, it is difficult for a few students to determine their performance targets at the moment. Later, I took my students to simply classify their daily necessities and help them determine the performance targets.

"Flying" is the teaching content of the ninth volume of fine arts in primary schools. Because students lack perceptual knowledge of what grottoes and Tian Fei's artistic characteristics are, I use multimedia courseware in teaching to mobilize students to collect a large number of pictures before class, so as to let them observe, experience and feel as much as possible. On the basis of direct observation, the teacher took the students to analyze the dynamic characteristics of flying characters, and the students also mentioned the dancing in the Spring Festival Evening. I also asked several students to try to imitate the dynamics of flying in front of the group, and all the students were interested. In the process of students' hands-on practice, teachers should strengthen individual counseling and solve the problems in students' painting in time.

Tone of color is a course to understand the knowledge of color tone. By appreciating the presentation of colors in life and the use of colors in various works of art, students can scientifically know and understand color phenomena, enrich their feelings about colors, and improve their ability to perceive and use colors. In teaching, it is found that students like and understand colors, but they do not rationally analyze the hue of these colors. For example, why use red when celebrating? What kind of visual feelings do green and blue give us? What about white and black? Let students analyze and study colors, and use them properly to help us create the artistic conception and emotional appeal of the picture and express the theme of creation.

"Brightness of color" is based on the previous lesson, and the perceptual knowledge of color has risen to rational knowledge. By studying the concept of "lightness" in this lesson, we can recognize the lightness change of basic colors and express a work with gouache tools and lightness change. In the process of students' painting, some students don't know how to draw their own works with different lightness, and there are problems such as having no image in mind, not knowing what to draw and how to design. At this time, the teacher gives appropriate guidance to inspire students to take out the materials prepared before class and continue drawing after being inspired.

Qi Baishi, a folk artist, is the teaching content of grade five. By studying Qi's works and their characters, students can understand the unique forms and characteristics of Chinese painting and appreciate the painter's personality charm, thus improving students' aesthetic ability of Chinese painting art, cultivating sentiment and enhancing national pride and pride. In the teaching of this course, I adopt the way of students' autonomous learning, and give the appreciation of Qi Baishi's works to the students to preside over and introduce themselves. Each group concentrates on analyzing a work. After the group discussion, the group chooses one student to introduce it to everyone, and then other students in the group supplement it. Finally, the teacher made appropriate supplements according to the introduction of the students. In this form, students' enthusiasm is very high and the teaching effect is good.

Plants are closely related to our lives, and many students have plants at home, so the lesson of plant sketch is very popular with students. The purpose of this lesson is to guide students to learn how to observe objects carefully through plant sketch and practice sketch techniques through plant line drawing. In teaching, many students feel that how to express the spatial hierarchical relationship of plants can't be written when painting. In view of this problem, I gave a detailed demonstration in class, and invited several students with excellent drawing ability to introduce their own methods. Judging from the quality of students' homework, the teaching effect is good.

Matisse, the master of art in the 20th century, is an art appreciation course. In this class, I continue to adopt the teaching mode of students' autonomous learning. Before class, I collect Matisse's related materials and works, and exchange materials in class. Then each group chooses a classmate to make a report, and the whole class evaluates each group separately. Students are well prepared before class, and the group report speaks enthusiastically. Students seem to like being the masters of the class, so they should be given more opportunities in future teaching.

The teaching intention of "painting with orange" is to know the hue of orange and understand that orange is a mixture of yellow and red by connecting with real life and mixing colors by hand. In teaching, I induce students to mix oranges themselves. In the process of adjusting orange, the problem came out. Some students color it very red, while others color it very yellow. Under the guidance of the teacher, the students realized through repeated practice: 1, only the same amount of red and yellow can bring out orange. 2. In the process of color matching, there are more red than yellow, and the redder the color, the darker it is; The more yellow is than red, the lighter the color is in Huang Yue.

"Auspicious patterns" are based on the auspicious patterns in China folk arts, so that students can understand that their forms and themes are diverse, and they contain rich meanings and good wishes. Students fully collect before class and bring paper-cutting, painting, handicrafts and other forms of information preparation. In class, the teacher briefly introduces the teaching materials, and then shows some auspicious patterns for students to discuss and guess what kind of good wishes they all contain. After arousing the students' enthusiasm for learning, they enjoyed the handicrafts brought by their classmates in groups and enriched their horizons. Finally, the group discussed how to make auspicious patterns. In this class, I try my best to let students explore and create with their hands and brains.

Through practical observation, the trees drawn by students are also different. Some students show rough trunks, some students show tall and straight trees, and some students draw plump and swaying leaves. This lesson allows students to actually observe trees outdoors, so students are not only interested in painting, but also show the differences between different trees through observation.

"Colors of the Four Seasons" is the teaching content of the seventh volume of fine arts. In this lesson, I use students to complete the problem cards under four pictures by themselves, and then communicate in groups to expand my thinking. Before class, the teacher asked the students to collect pictures of the four seasons. In class, students appreciate and communicate with each other, observe and analyze the works from the aspects of picture color, composition and expression method, and understand and feel the colors of the four seasons in many ways. When students create and express the colors of the four seasons, they can accurately express the different color characteristics of the four seasons, but the color changes in the near, medium and long term are not enough.

"Warm colors in life" is to let students know about warm colors in life, master the basic knowledge of warm colors initially, and express the phenomenon that warm colors are the mainstay in life according to observation or memory. By comparing and observing the Red House and Nice Walking Avenue in England, organize students to discuss actively and experience the different feelings of cold and warm colors. When creating, students are inspired to use a variety of methods and expressions to perform creative performances, such as oil-water separation, stippling, oil pastels, watercolor pens, colored pencils, gouache and so on. When showing warm colors, remind students to pay attention to the collocation of cold and warm colors. A few students use cool colors too much or don't use them at all. Teachers should pay attention to giving appropriate guidance.

"Cool colors in life" is a basic course of color knowledge, which aims to cultivate students' feelings and understanding of color, distinguish cool colors from warm colors and feel the beauty of cool colors, and improve students' interest and expression skills in color painting. In order to better arouse students' interest, I have prepared a lot of cool pictures, making full use of pictures, works of painters and students, etc. Through the comparison of pictures and works, explain and give examples in students' real life.

The main lines of the course are: color test, color ring (contrast between cold and warm), cognition of cool color (name and feeling), understanding of cool color in painter's works (Van Gogh expresses emotion with color), reading observation and research (stippling technique), teacher's demonstration and method steps, students' homework, teacher-student evaluation and class summary. In teaching, the knowledge test of picture color makes students feel that life can not be separated from cool color. Observing and reading the names of cool colors in the paint box, squeezing the cool colors, and looking at pictures to answer people's feelings about cool colors can strengthen students' understanding of cool colors. Later, painters and students' appreciation of their works blended the emotion and expression of cool colors. Let students enjoy it, answer questions, and let students really participate in learning, which shows that students are the main body of the classroom. Through the teacher's demonstration, the basic expression method of color spots is effectively solved. This class received the expected teaching effect before class, and the students' feelings of observation, appreciation, evaluation, research, application and color expression of color knowledge were further trained and improved.

"Cup Design" is an art class in Grade Five. Before class, students are required to collect and prepare various cups, and teachers have also carefully made teaching courseware. This lesson is in the form of a game, which consists of four stages: cup knowledge comparison, cup design thinking, cup creation competition and magic cup reward. Students are very interested in this. In teaching, we should start with appreciating and observing various cups to stimulate students' interest in learning. Let students have a detailed understanding of cups by appreciating various cups. After the students fully understand the cup, organize the students to discuss the cup design. The focus of this lesson is to let students know several aspects that need to be considered in cup design: rationality, scientificity, aesthetics and functionality. There are many kinds of cups designed by students, and the teaching effect is good. However, in this class, the time left by the teacher for students to create freely is still a little less, and a few students have not finished their homework. I deeply feel that the art class should give students enough creative practice time, and the time of a class is only 40 minutes, which requires teachers to scrutinize repeatedly, grasp the difficulties and grasp the rhythm of the class.

"Inserting scientific wings into art" belongs to the category of "appreciation and criticism". Through observation, appreciation, analysis and discussion, students' comprehensive ability in art can be cultivated. Through the teaching of this course, we can inspire students to be good at discovering and appreciating beauty from different scientific perspectives and stimulate students' interest. Guide students to learn beauty from life. Understand and feel the convenience brought by science and the influence of science on art, so that students can understand the important role of art and science in the development of human society, thus cultivating students' feelings of loving art and science. In teaching, teachers guide students to explore independently, in which middle school students learn to design and complete projects, and finally realize the fun of learning.

The lesson of "Beauty of Sculpture" is to make students understand the language, characteristics, classification, materials and aesthetic characteristics of sculpture art by appreciating different styles of sculpture works at home and abroad. Learn the basic methods of analyzing and appreciating sculpture works, and look at aesthetic sculpture art from the perspective of history and art. By appreciating sculpture from four aspects: shape, material, expression and connotation, this class adopts the form of group discussion and appreciation, so that students can learn easily and happily, not only learn the knowledge of sculpture, but also cultivate their comprehensive ability, so that students can sincerely love art learning and enjoy it.

"Flower-and-Bird Painting" is to enable students to further study and study the flower-and-bird painting painted by the painter after the last Chinese painting class, deepen their understanding of China's flower-and-bird painting, learn and analyze the painter's techniques of using pen, ink and color, and supplement and create a flower-and-bird painting on the basis of copying. Let every student carefully taste the vast works of art and seriously feel the thoughts and feelings of every painter, so as to improve students' aesthetic ability and enhance national pride. In this class, the teacher's demonstration is very important, so that students can intuitively understand the painting skills and methods, but they should be careful not to teach students to death and have no creativity. Students should be encouraged to create boldly after learning the basic painting techniques, so as to experience the profoundness and interest of Chinese painting.
