Taiwan Province compatriots and overseas Chinese film artists who have made outstanding contributions to China's microfilms agree to the articles of association, and upon their own application, they can be awarded honorary members upon the recommendation of two members of the association or group members of the association and the approval of the presidium. Honorary members are exempt from membership fees and have no right to vote and stand for election in this association. The organizing principle of China Microfilm Creation Association is democratic centralism. The highest authority of China Microfilm Creation Association is the National Congress. The National Congress elects the Council, which elects 1 chairman and several vice-chairmen to form the presidium. The Presidium appoints 1 Secretary-General and several Deputy Secretaries-General. The Secretary-General is responsible for handling the daily meetings of the Association, and the Deputy Secretary-General assists the Secretary-General in his work. When the National Congress is not in session, the Council implements the resolutions of the Congress; When the Council is not in session, the presidium implements the resolutions of the member congresses and the Council, and the permanent vice-chairman presides over the daily work of the Association. China Microfilm Creation Association consists of office, member department, foreign cooperation department, human resources department and Chinese and foreign microfilm research department.
