But I have a very good method. At the beginning, many of my classmates did the same, and their hands could draw beautifully.

Take out an afternoon (not necessarily) and copy a 4-page paper with your hands. Copy the hands from a book with a bust or a book dedicated to hand painting, that is, copy them all the time. After drawing a lot, you can find that the painting is very good by just drawing a hand. It is not clear how long this effect will last. You should practice more every day to consolidate.
