What does the story of spring mean?

The story of spring is a song, which expresses China's policy of internal reform and opening to the outside world since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee in December 1978. China's domestic reform began in the countryside. In November 1978, Xiaogang Village, Fengyang County, Anhui Province began to implement the household contract responsibility system of "dividing fields into households and taking responsibility for their own profits and losses", which opened the curtain of China's domestic reform. On July 15, 1979, the central government officially approved Guangdong and Fujian provinces to implement special policies and flexible measures in foreign economic activities, which took a historic step of reform and opening up.

Taking coastal Shenzhen as an economic experimental zone, it is proposed that some people should get rich first, and then drive the rest to become rich and well-off together, so that farmers can benefit. This is a historic decision of China's reform and opening up, and it also lays a solid foundation for the prosperous China.
