Therefore, the reform of higher design education is imperative. At present, the popularity of the Internet has strengthened global information exchange and narrowed the differences in people's knowledge structure. On the contrary, people's survival competition pressure is increasing day by day. These realities make me think that the responsibility of design education in colleges and universities is not only to impart knowledge and cultivate skills, but also to pay attention to college students' cultural value orientation and attitude towards life, their emotional awareness of people and things, and cultivate their sound personality and distinctive personality, that is, to pay attention to the cultivation of college students' "humanistic view"
With the acceleration of global economic integration, higher design education and disciplines have entered a period of rapid development, especially the concept of design education in China is constantly changing in social changes. As the basis of design, with the development of cultural diversity in the world, the teaching reform of color design has been the focus of experts and scholars all over the world. The cultivation of humanistic view in color design education is of great significance for improving the humanistic quality of college students and cultivating design talents with high artistic level. Combining the teaching practice of art design and the latest requirements of color design teaching, this paper discusses how to educate and cultivate humanistic view in color teaching from aspects of enriching teaching methods, advocating humanistic education concept, improving aesthetic taste and strengthening artistic accomplishment, and expounds the methods and skills to improve the teaching level of color design in the multi-cultural complementarity.
First, enrich teaching methods, improve interest in learning
Color design is first of all a science and a practical art. Since it is a science, there are rules to follow. Since it is a practical art, it must meet the aesthetic and functional requirements. However, art students in colleges and universities in China usually disdain to learn theoretical knowledge. How to stimulate their interest and make students realize the importance of learning at this stage is very critical. The students majoring in art design in Chinese universities already have the basic knowledge of painting and color in middle school, but their understanding of color is not systematic and comprehensive enough. In view of this situation, the color design education of art design students can be discussed and introduced from the aspects of color common sense, color theory, color research status and color research achievements in various countries in the world, so that students can have a more comprehensive, systematic and profound understanding of color and lay a solid foundation for color theory research in design education. In teaching, besides introducing the latest achievements and theories of color research, we should also introduce the research methods and scientific spirit of scientists and colorists, so as to stimulate students' interest and thinking in color research, actively seek the law of color change, and achieve the teaching effect of objectively understanding color. For example, about the origin of color, why is it the "seven-color theory" of red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue and purple, instead of six colors (the three primary colors of light and its three colors are exactly six colors. )? What are the bases of "Seven Colors Theory" and China's "Five Colors Theory" (Xuan, Bai, Chi, Huang and Qing)? How to know and treat them? The light decomposed by the prism is obviously a band-shaped linear spectrum. Why is there a wonderful phenomenon of closed color ring? The three primary colors of color and light coincide with the three primary colors of pigment (the three primary colors of light are vermilion, emerald green and blue purple, and the three primary colors of light are eosin, lemon yellow and lake blue, which is what we usually call red, yellow and blue, and the three primary colors of pigment and light overlap). In this way, in the process of theoretical study, teachers inspire and encourage students to put forward their own opinions according to the characteristics of college students' physical and mental development, and students actively participate in the discussion in class, which not only stimulates their interest in theoretical knowledge, but also embodies the teaching atmosphere of "people-oriented view".
Life is the source of art, and any touching masterpiece of art comes from life, especially in higher color art education. Encourage students to go to nature and life, observe colors, gain experience, cultivate emotions and cultivate sentiments, so as to discover and capture vivid colors and design new color schemes, so that the designed works can not only meet people's needs, but also achieve harmony between man and nature. Students observe life, feel life, experience emotions and fun from life, and have the impulse to express their thoughts and feelings. As designers, we should cultivate a keen insight into nature and life, and draw nutrition from nature, because no matter how excellent the color design is, it can stand the test of history and environment, such as the stripes of tropical fish, the wings of butterflies, the feathers of birds, the color matching of flowers and the protective colors of animals, which all show magic and nature. But copying these colors is not the purpose, but on the basis of learning, study their color composition and proportion, recombine, try new colors and observe what different color effects will be produced. In the close contact with nature, not only can the realm of "harmony between man and nature" be realized. Moreover, students go out to collect folk songs together, which not only enjoys the happy time of nature, but also promotes their mutual assistance, mutual respect, unity and cooperation, which not only meets the needs of students' physical and mental development, but also helps to cultivate students' humanistic view.

Theoretical knowledge depends on a lot of practice to form and demonstrate, and color design education in colleges and universities is constantly exploring teaching from practice-theory-practice. China's higher art design education has mainly gone through three processes: at first, some people thought that design was an art, which could not be verified by scientific methods, and only cared about the research of its artistic expression; Some people think that design is a kind of science, and there are scientific design rules and laws to follow; Later, people realized that design is a high degree of unity of science and art, and it is a multi-disciplinary comprehensive discipline. With the rapid growth of industrial production and the prosperity of market economy, especially the popularity of the Internet, it has brought revolutionary changes to the world, and the application of color design is more common: clothing, daily life, medical transportation, culture and entertainment, product design, product packaging, advertising, production environment, business environment, urban environment and so on. All fields are inseparable from color design, which affects all aspects of people's lives. Color design is a "double-edged sword". On the one hand, it adds fun to us and improves the quality of life. On the other hand, "color pollution" caused by color abuse has affected people's normal life. Third, integrate various disciplines and improve the quality in an all-round way.
Color is everywhere, which is closely related to our life. Improving the humanistic quality of college students in an all-round way has become the primary significance of our teaching. As Professor john eaton said (1888- 1967), "Color is life, because a colorless world is like death to us. Light is the first phenomenon in the world. It shows us the spirit and living soul of the world through color. " It has become a long-term exploration topic for scientists and artists to reveal the color phenomenon and study the relationship between color and people. Because color is a comprehensive product of light, objects, eyes and heart, its research field involves many disciplines. They have made in-depth research on the physical properties of color, the influence of color on people's physiology and psychology, color aesthetics, color economy and so on, and achieved many scientific research results. However, because color is a visual, ideological and spiritual phenomenon, influenced by subjective and objective factors, it is difficult to form a unique standard, and different people have different views on color, especially the teaching of color design, which not only cannot form a unified educational model internationally, but also has its own characteristics in different regions and universities in China due to the professional differences of various departments and teachers' understanding. This is not a bad thing. On the contrary, with the maturity and research results of related disciplines, the educational exploration of color design can keep pace with the times and explore from different fields in all directions, showing the phenomenon of flowers blooming and colorful. However, these studies are all carried out from the theoretical and technical aspects of color. The educational concept lacks ideological consideration, and the "humanistic view" of color design education can not be advocated and cultivated, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the discipline in the long run.
Based on the relevant knowledge of various disciplines, this paper systematically discusses color design from five aspects in teaching, namely: studying light and color phenomena and color elements from physical aspects; Study the visual law of color from physiological aspects; Study the emotion, association, symbol and meaning of color from the psychological aspect; Study the form, harmony and beauty of color from the aesthetic aspect; This paper studies the communication effect and design method of color in design from the perspective of ergonomics and economics. For example, in the teaching of advertising design, students should be inspired to apply traditional patterns and colors in advertising creativity, and the visual psychological factors of advertising colors should be analyzed from the aspects of vision, symbols and emotions, so as to help students master and create the visual color effects needed for advertising. Through the research and study of Chinese traditional patterns and folk colors, we can absorb their essence, gain and loss, and create design works that meet the requirements of the times. On the basis of inheriting national culture, it is more conducive to the exchange and communication between eastern and western cultures.
Fourth, pay attention to emotional experience and improve aesthetic taste.
Color art is the creative expression of human emotion and spiritual life, and any form of color art expression contains specific emotions and thoughts. Since color is everywhere in people's lives, color design itself can express emotions and bring unexpected influence to people's lives. Through the connection and interaction between color and emotional life, students learn to use color design to convey information, communicate emotions, and understand the influence of color on people's emotions, so as to gain the ability of creative expression and communication, express their thoughts and feelings with appropriate color design, and achieve the purpose of perfecting personality and cultivating sentiment. Therefore, it is very important to improve students' aesthetic taste in life.
In teaching, the cultivation of "humanistic view" and the imparting of knowledge and skills are the relationship between commanding and being commanded. Color design itself needs the organic combination of knowledge and skill learning and the improvement of humanistic quality. Among them, it is particularly important that knowledge and skills can only become wisdom under the stimulation of emotions. Art education cannot lose the essence and characteristics of art at any time. Color design is the art of emotion. Without emotion, color art itself is impossible. In the teaching process, only by fully experiencing, feeling and understanding emotions can we get in touch with the essence of color art, and also let students understand and master the necessary knowledge and skills, guide them to show colorful life, improve aesthetic taste, express their inner feelings, learn to cherish nature, maintain the harmony between man and nature, cherish the happy life brought by social development, and then better stimulate their creative vitality.
