Memoirs of a 29-year-old geisha (Miki Nakatani) is an ordinary office worker. She looks ordinary, can't dress up, and has never had a boyfriend. On Christmas Eve in 2006, director Masanori Murakami and playwright Arisa Kaneko came back hand in hand, which greatly surpassed the legend of electric cyclists.

Although the name Masanori Murakami is not loud in the film circle, it is a famous golden signboard in the TV drama circle. Director Murakami began directing TV series from 1993 and produced many famous works. Doctor Baita, which attracted much attention in 2003, and 1 Tears of Ascension, which made countless people cry last year, are his works. Like Masanori Murakami, Arisa Kaneko is mainly active in TV series. Shuichi Yoshida, who has made great achievements in both pure literature and popular literature, depicts the story of a single woman pursuing love with her unique structure and relaxed brushwork. The Christmas performance of the drama club was filmed in the auditorium of Xinzhou University. This two-story wooden house is a national protected building, built in 1927. Because there is no air conditioning in the old house, the actors have to endure the high temperature in late June.

The film crew went to Lisbon, Portugal to shoot the last scene of the film. This short 2-minute shot cost 654.38 billion yen. The film crew rented a streetcar for filming, and also hired 25 local staff and 60 extras.
