What is the discovery history of magic dragon, Queensland?
1977, the campers in townsville claimed to be threatened by giant reptiles. The footprints found by several teenagers are consistent with those of a 9-meter-long reptile, which is much larger than Komodo dragon. According to an ancient aboriginal legend, a carnivorous monitor lizard from a high mountain once caused panic among villagers. They probably refer to the largest lizard in history-the ancient monitor lizard.
Some hidden biologists believe that the ancient monitor lizard still lives in the rain forest of Australia. Although scientists speculate that the ancient monitor lizard is extinct, it won't be surprising if it is rediscovered. It is reported that the bone found by a farmer in Queensland on his farm was identified as the bone of an ancient monitor lizard. Paleontologists estimate that those bones are only 300 years old.
This discovery may prove the ancient monitor lizard seen in Queensland for many years. The aborigines arrived in Australia about 48,000 years ago, but the ancient monitor lizards and other large animals in this area suddenly disappeared at about the same time.
In September 2008, a missing climber's camera, watch and sandals were found on the river bank in northern Queensland. Footprints of unknown animals were found nearby.
