What is a coaxial camera? What do you mean?

This kind of camera is used for monitoring, and it is connected with a hard disk video recorder or a video acquisition card (installed in a computer) through a coaxial cable. At present, there are two ways of monitoring system, one is to use this coaxial camera, and the other is to connect the camera to NVR system through network cable. The difference between these two methods is that:

1. Coaxial cameras are wired in an analog way, that is, with data cables, and network cameras are connected with network cables, with different wiring methods. ?

2. Coaxial cameras need to use coaxial HD video for recording, and network cameras need to use NVR for recording; ?

3. The remote monitoring of coaxial high-definition camera needs to be carried out through video recorder, and the network camera can be separated from video recorder for remote monitoring; ?

4. The construction difficulty of coaxial high-definition camera is low, and the construction method is exactly the same as that of analog monitoring, which is more suitable for engineering transformation; ?

5. Compared with the coaxial camera, the network camera has considerable delay.

Coaxial camera has another disadvantage. If the transmission distance is too long, the video signal will be lost during transmission. At present, this method can transmit 2 kilometers as far as possible, and the resolution has reached 720P or even higher, which is more suitable for occasions where it is inconvenient to lay network cables.

Coaxial refers to BNC interface, as shown below:
