What are the video interfaces of the camera?

Depending on the format of the camera, the camera interfaces of different formats are different.

The analog interfaces of general professional cameras include video, Y/C(S-Video) and component (Y/U/V, Y/Pr/Pb, etc. ). Digital interfaces include 1394(DV, i-Link), SDI and HDMI.

Except for 1394 interface, most cameras with other analog and digital interfaces are only used for output, not for input.

Different cameras are equipped with different interfaces, but generally there is a composite interface for external monitors to monitor. DV, DVCAM, DVCPro and HDV cameras will have 1394 interfaces for signal input and output. All HD cameras have component interfaces for external HD monitors.
