On May 28th this year, the half-day activity was opened to the whole city of Jiangdu, which was full of flowers, novel in theme and innovative in scheme, and was well received by external leaders and peers. It is enough to prove that every teacher has enterprising, pioneering and innovative educational concept consciousness and can fully absorb the new ideas and trends of preschool education. In a word, we have made necessary achievements this semester, but there are still some problems: because we are busy with garden parties this semester, we are not enough in observing and discussing teaching and research, and we can't form the habit of writing down our thoughts at any time. Therefore, it cannot rise to the necessary theoretical height.

The above is just a summary of my teaching and research work this semester. In order to turn our kindergarten into a modern kindergarten in Yangzhou, we will constantly enrich, enrich and improve ourselves in the future teaching and research work, and guide our work practice with scientific educational concepts.
