Affected by the strong typhoon "Kappa", heavy rainfall occurred in Daya Bay, Huizhou on the morning of August 28th. The heavy rainfall led to the backflow of rainwater and river water, waterlogging in many areas of Daya Bay District and flooding of residents' houses. The vehicle was turned off and put into the water, and the local fire department rushed to the rescue.

At noon 12: 45, the residential houses in the central area of Aotou were flooded. The water depth at the site is about1.2m, and there are many underwater sundries. A 60-year-old man was trapped and waded by himself. Firefighters immediately sent the old man to a safe area with a rubber boat.

Due to the influx of a large number of rivers, the central street in Aotou was flooded in a large area, and many old people and children had to move immediately. Fire officers and soldiers carried the trapped people onto the assault boat one by one and transferred them to a safe area.
