How does Sony a7m3 shoot moving objects?

Sony a7m3 uses continuous autofocus mode and AF-A autofocus mode to shoot sports.

Continuous autofocus (AF-C) is suitable for shooting moving objects and children.

When the shutter button is half pressed for focusing, the camera will always track the subject for focusing, and the focusing area will change with the movement of the subject. During (continuous autofocus), no electronic sound will be emitted when focusing.
