1. The "low-slow-small" aircraft mentioned in this circular refers to flying targets with a flying height of less than 500m, a flying speed of less than 200km/h and a radar reflection area of less than 2m2, mainly including unmanned aerial vehicles, light and ultra-light aircraft, light helicopters, gliders, delta wings, paragliders, powered parachutes, hot air balloons, airships, aviation models, floating balloons and so on.
