(1) Registration and prequalification

4. Registration information:

Qualification examination: The Organization Department of Longchang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Longchang Civil Affairs Bureau organize personnel to conduct qualification examination for applicants, and only those who pass the qualification examination can take the written examination.

Special note: qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment. If it is found that the applicant does not meet the recruitment requirements or practices fraud in any part of the recruitment, his examination and employment qualification will be cancelled at his own risk.

6. Examination opening ratio and position adjustment: The number of applicants and positions that have passed the qualification examination must reach 3: 1 before the examination can be opened. If the proportion of the examination is not reached, the number of recruitment places will be reduced accordingly until it is cancelled.

7. Receiving the written test admission ticket: Longchang Civil Affairs Bureau will convene qualified personnel to receive the written test admission ticket.

(2) Examination

The exam includes written test and interview, and the total score = written test score ×60%+ policy bonus+interview score ×40%.

(2) written test bonus policy: those who meet the following conditions and pass the qualification examination can enjoy bonus points:

① For those who have obtained the professional qualification certificates of assistant social workers, social workers and senior social workers, the written test scores (after conversion) are 1 point, 1.5 point and 2 point respectively.

(1) Determine the interviewers: According to the total written test score, determine the interviewers from high to low according to the ratio of the number of interviewers to the number of recruiters of 2: 1 (less than 2: 1 according to the actual reference number).

The last written test candidate who intends to enter the interview has the same total score and will enter the interview together.

(2) Interview form and content: structured interview is adopted, with time of 15 minutes and full mark of 100, which mainly examines candidates' comprehensive analysis ability, organization and coordination ability, improvisation ability, logical thinking ability, analytical judgment ability and language expression ability.

The interview results were announced to the candidates themselves on the spot.

(3) Time and place of interview: The specific time and place of interview shall be subject to the telephone notice of Longchang Civil Affairs Bureau.

Candidates participating in the interview need to hold the written test admission ticket and the original of their valid second-generation resident ID card to participate in the interview.

Candidates who fail to report at the specified time on the day of the interview are deemed to have given up the interview qualification automatically.

(4) Announce the total score: the total score shall be rounded to two decimal places.

If the total score is less than 60 points, it is not allowed to enter the next link.

(3) Physical examination

1. Confirmation of physical examination personnel: The candidates for physical examination are determined in equal amount according to the order of the total score from high to low.

If the total score is the same, the ranking will be determined by the total score of the written test; If the total score of the written test is still the same, the ranking will be determined by the level of education; If the academic qualifications remain the same, the structured interview will be added, and the ranking will be determined from high to low according to the results of the additional test.

2. Physical examination methods and standards: Longchang Civil Affairs Bureau informed by telephone that the physical examination was conducted in a secondary general hospital.

The medical examination fee is self-care.

From the announcement to the implementation of this recruitment medical examination, if the state introduces new medical examination regulations, the new regulations shall prevail.

If the initial medical examination is unqualified, a re-examination request may be made within 7 days after receiving the notice of the medical examination results.

(4) Investigation

Those who pass the physical examination are determined to be the objects of investigation.

(5) Publicity

When accepting social supervision during the publicity period, the whistleblower should reflect the problem in a real name and provide necessary investigation clues.

During the publicity period and after the publicity, vacancies caused by the applicant's abandonment or other reasons will not be filled.
