Regular free overtime, even after the financial crisis in recent years, there is basically no salary increase, and five insurances and one gold are rarely paid (the welfare base is only 1 100, which is the same as that issued by Taiwanese enterprises), which is very irregular. The official payment is subject to our actual salary. The housing accumulation fund is only 68 months, and we have lost too much!

4. The company's training is chaotic, and it has never organized long-term training, so there are few opportunities to participate in training. Because the daily work is enough for you. Not to mention having free time to train!

Summary: This is a stingy family. There is no welfare, no future, and 5 yuan is paid irregularly. The housing accumulation fund seriously violates the provisions of the national labor law and has a huge workload. The turnover of people is extremely frequent. A company worse than Taiwan Province! The slogan of the company is often "suitable for fresh graduates", but it is completely squeezing.

Suggestion: Companies much better than Wuxi, a so-called "big company", include Huaxia Computer, Safekey, Freebold, Langqi and Bo Yan.

Much better than Haihui, foreign outsourcing companies with humanized management include Infosys, Freeboard, Softek, Tata, Qunshuo, ChinaSoft and Bo Yan. It is suggested that Haihui should not be sent abroad. Everyone in the industry knows that Haihui is stingy. Sculpture is famous.
