Why does vivo x9plus disable Unicom card?

Because your x9plus L is a mobile customized version.

The mobile phone is equipped with a mobile card, which can only use mobile 4G data traffic and cannot be switched. Unless the mobile card is turned off, you can use the 4G data traffic of Unicom or Telecom card.
