Articles of Association of China Folk Photographers Association

1, strengthen the theoretical research of folk photography and improve the quality and academic level of folk photography team;

2. Cultivate a team of photographers with professional knowledge of folk customs, and carry out interviews and shooting of folk customs of various ethnic groups in an organized and planned way throughout the country;

3. Carry out the collection, exhibition and publication of all kinds of folk photography pictures;

4. Establish and improve the authoritative China folk custom picture database;

5. Actively hold international folk photography academic research and cultural exchange activities;

6. Actively develop folk photography and related cultural industries according to national policies.

Business scope: academic exchange, information exchange, professional exhibition, international cooperation, teaching and training, and consulting services. Based on the principle of "activity is vitality, economy is strength, and service is cohesion", we will adhere to the principle of taking member activities as the core, market-oriented operation as the support and serving members as the foundation, effectively integrate the resources of the association, continuously enhance its vitality, strength and cohesion, and realize its leap-forward sustainable development. The National Congress of Members is held every four years. Its functions and powers are: 1, to formulate and amend the articles of association and decide on major issues of the association;

2, listen to and review the work report of the association;

3. Election of the Council.

When the National Congress is not in session, the Council shall exercise its functions and powers, and the Council shall be convened every two years. Its duties are: to implement the resolutions of the members' congress; Elect the Standing Council. The members of the Board of Directors are the directors of China Folk Photography Association, who are the leading members of the Association, exercise the authority of the Association, and lead and implement the resolutions of the Association. On the premise of understanding the responsibilities of directors, candidates for directors sign letters of responsibility for directors' work with the association through the election of members' congresses. For the responsibilities of directors, please refer to the Terms of Reference and Performance Appraisal Measures for Board Members of China Folk Photography Association (Trial). The Standing Council is the permanent leading body of the Council when it is not in session, and it meets once a year. Its duties are: to decide on the appointment, removal and addition of directors; To elect the President, Secretary General and Vice President; Discuss and decide on important matters of the association. The members of the Standing Council are the standing directors of China Folk Photography Association, and they are the core leading members of the Association, exercising the authority to lead and implement the resolutions of the Association. On the premise of understanding the responsibilities of the executive director, the candidate for the executive director will sign a letter of responsibility for the work of the executive director with the association through the election of the member congress. For the duties of the executive director, please refer to the scope of duties and performance appraisal measures for members of the board of directors of China Folk Photography Association (Trial). When the Standing Council is not in session, the joint meeting of presidents shall exercise the decision-making power, and major issues shall be notified to the Standing Council and the Council. The joint meeting of principals shall be convened by the principals as required, and shall be held irregularly. Its responsibilities are: 1. Appoint the Deputy Secretary-General, members of the professional committees and heads of offices, and notify the Council;

2. Evaluate the realization of the work objectives of directors and executive directors;

3. Appointment, removal and supplementary nomination of directors and executive directors, and notify the Council;

4. Formulate the phased work or special plan of the Association.

Establish and improve the performance management (reward) system for cadres and members at all levels. The president, secretary-general, vice-president, executive directors and directors, as well as the heads of professional committees and departments of the association, shall make written performance statements every year, which shall be announced to the members of the whole country and accepted for comments. The association shall set up corresponding offices and branches according to the needs, and report to the competent business department and the registration authority for approval and filing. Sources of funds for the Association:

1, social assistance;

2. Social donation;

3. Membership dues paid by members;

4. Paid service income;

5. Other lawful income.

The association implements the financial management system stipulated by the state, and all funds and income are used exclusively for business activities that conform to the provisions of the articles of association, and are subject to the supervision of the members' congress and the financial and auditing departments. The Articles of Association have been adopted by the National Congress of Members and come into force as of the date of approval by the registration authority of the Association. The right to amend the articles of association belongs to the National Congress of Members, and the right to interpret it belongs to the joint meeting of presidents. The newly revised articles of association shall be adopted by more than half of the representatives of the National Congress of Members, and shall take effect only after being reported to the registration administration department for the record. The termination of the activities of the association shall be effective only after the approval of the National Congress of Members, and shall be reported to the competent business department and the registration authority for cancellation.
