Where is Zibo South Railway Station?

Zibo South Railway Station refers to Zibo Station of Old Ji Jiao Railway, located in Zibo City, Shandong Province, China. It is a first-class passenger and freight station under the jurisdiction of China Railway Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and also a station on Ji Jiao Railway, Ji Jiao Passenger Dedicated Line, Jaco Railway and Dong Zhang Railway.

In the 29th year of Guangxu (1903), Zhangdian Station, the predecessor of Zibo Station, started construction. In July of the 30th year of Guangxu (1904), Zhangdian Station was put into operation, with 2 groups and 4 lines. 1 987 65438+1October1,Zhangdian Station was renamed as Zibo Station; In 2004, Zibo Station began to be rebuilt and expanded; June 5438 +2005 10, Zibo Station was rebuilt and put into operation again. On September 16, 2022, the south station building of Zibo Station was officially put into use.

The south station building of Zibo Railway Station is a perfect combination of modern railway station architecture and Qi cultural elements. The facade of the station building adheres to the design concept of "the sun rises and the moon carries the Millennium", and refers to the architectural form of Qi Palace, integrating traditional architectural features into modern architecture. Two opposite embossed decorations of chariots and horses are located on the east and west sides, symbolizing the functional attributes of the station welcoming and the charm of Zibo Jinshan along with the sea.

Set up eight groups of murals in conspicuous places such as station entrances and exits, transfer, etc. It vividly shows Zibo's human history, Cuju culture, Tamia Liu culture and natural scenery.
