Shao Berlin (1930-) stamp designer and photographer. Tianjin people. The main stamp design works include China Bronze Medal, Greening the Motherland, the 28th World Table Tennis Championships, Selected Works of Qi Baishi, and the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Palace Museum. Shao Bolin is also good at landscape photography, and his masterpieces include Deep in the Stone Forest and Sad Night in Tiananmen Square. Fright night in Tiananmen Square 1979 was awarded the May 4th Excellent Photography Award by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and China Photographers Association. He has designed the emblem and emblem for China Photographers Association and China Stamp Company. At present, he is a stamp designer of the Stamp Distribution Bureau of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, a member of the editorial board of China Photography magazine, a member of China Artists Association and a member of China Photographers Association. 1980, Shao Bolin designed the first monkey ticket in China according to the original drawing of Huang Yongyu. Shao Bolin once designed commemorative stamps and first day covers for the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Palace Museum, served as an art consultant for the design of the emblem of the Palace Museum, and presided over the design of the emblem of the Palace Museum.

Especially 20 years ago, the 60th anniversary stamp and first day cover designed by him won the gold medal in the "1992 China Graphic Design" competition.
