The shooting situation of the Qingqi team in charge of building a bridge.

Tseng-chai Chang, the director, was born in 193 1. Graduated from the Department of Film and Drama of Taiwan Province Political Cadre School. He first worked in drama, then worked as a film editor, reporter and deputy director, shooting news documentaries and military education films. During the film boom in Taiwan Province, he assisted Zhang Ying in directing Taiwan Province films. After being appreciated by Li Hanxiang, he joined the League of Nations to conduct Tusi Flower. In 58, at the invitation of Cathay Pacific, he directed Passers-by and Swordsman, which was quite distinctive in China and was refreshing in the popular martial arts films at that time. His ability to direct action movies was also affirmed, and he won the Best Director Award at the Golden Horse Film Festival. Later, at the invitation of Shaw Brothers, he went to Hong Kong to join in filming. 1May, 96414th, at the invitation of China Film, I went back to Taiwan Province to shoot "Jianqiao Qingqi". 1964/kloc-0 officially started shooting on February 3, and/kloc-0 was completed on August 2, 965. The whole film took 30 months from preparation to shooting, costing more than 30 million Taiwan dollars (the currency of that year was about 800 million US dollars). The armed forces of the army, navy and air force gave their full support and hired a Japanese special camera team (trick photography) to assist in filming air combat scenes. After the film was finished, I went to Japan Dongbao Film Company and Kwai Record Company, and added the most advanced four-channel stereo pronunciation at that time. Therefore, "Jian Pian" became the first film in China to adopt four-channel stereo.

The most noteworthy thing about this film is the special shooting scene. Because Taiwan Province Province didn't have the production strength like Hollywood Tungsten Wire, it couldn't be performed with a real machine (but it couldn't be found, but Gao Zhihang was killed by a T28 trainer in the end), and there was no computer animation at that time, which was really nerve-racking. Fortunately, at the same time, special photography is popular in Japan, which uses models to make up for the lack of authenticity. These model machines of different sizes are arranged in different formations with steel wires so thin that they can hardly be seen, controlling their flight actions such as tilting, tilting, turning and chasing, and spraying dry ice to make artificial clouds. By the standards of that year, the carefully designed models were shot in the studio and played on the big screen of the cinema, which was quite true (don't say I was bluffing, the first episode of Star Wars was also shot with models one by one), at least I liked watching it when I was in primary school (by the way, because the film was shown on the TV screen in widescreen (16:9 or 2.35) I hope China Film can imitate the eight American blockbusters and publish a wide-screen version as soon as possible! )。

There are as many as 350 air combat scenes in Jane's films. With the help of Japanese filmmaker Cai Donghua, China Film Company invited a group of Japanese experts from Japan to come to trick photography to make air combat stunt scenes. It is said that this group of people is the original team in charge of special effects production in the war film Tora Tora, which was co-produced by the United States. China Film spent nearly six months shooting special scenes. To this end, the largest studio in Shilin Studios was set aside for shooting. All the sky films in the studio were painted with new paint, and the power was increased to1200,000 watts. It took three months and NT$ 6 million. There are more than 200 model planes used to shoot air combat stunts, and each plane is equipped with a propeller powered by a small battery. One of them is a captain's plane in Gao Zhihang, with a value as high as NT$150,000 yuan. After the filming was completed, some full-scale model planes, such as Hawke III and I- 16, were donated to Taipei Amusement Park, which was not demolished at that time, for exhibition. When the host went to play when he was a child, he took pictures in front of the plane as a souvenir.

The shooting took three years and cost tens of millions of Taiwan dollars. In order to meet the identity of the characters in the report, thousands of sets of air force flight suits and navy and army uniforms were formulated. The Ministry of National Defense of Taiwan Province Province also specially allocated funds to decorate a large warship, developed hundreds of propeller planes, modified dozens of fighter planes and Japanese Type 96 land attack aircraft.

Because the plot extends to the sea, land and sky, it is shot by three groups of cameras of different vehicles. This film not only tells the story in detail, but also deeply depicts the thoughts and feelings of the characters, and successfully shapes the heroic image of the China Air Force.
