In Ali, Mima Tsering is a legend. At work, he loves his job and is practical and enterprising. After work, he picked up the camera and stuck to his dream. Mima Tsering 65438-0957 was born in an artistic family in Pulan County. Her parents, brothers and sisters are good at folk music. Influenced by my family, I am interested in art. He recalled: "I fell in love with photography from 1974. At that time, I was fortunate to visit the National Art Exhibition in Beijing as a representative of outstanding students in Ali. At that time, I enjoyed not only the exquisite works of art in the exhibition hall, but also the excellent photographs in Beijing. Those photographs really shocked me. The beauty of photography is really amazing. After returning, Mima Tsering secretly made up her mind to learn photography.

After graduating from college, I became an ordinary teacher in a regional middle school. 1986, I took a business trip to Chengdu and spent three months' salary to buy my first camera-Huaxia brand black and white camera. At first, Mima Tsering just took some simple photos of people for relatives and friends, and there was no concept of photography in her mind. "At that time, I was groping while shooting. Over time, I took a lot of pictures and figured out some doorways, and gradually got my own skills and ideas. " Mima Tsering talked about the scene when she was a beginner in photography, which was deeply touched.

Through unremitting efforts and exploration step by step, Mima Tsering's artistic accomplishment is improving day by day. At that time, Ali didn't have the conditions to develop the film, so he set up a darkroom at home to shoot and develop it himself. Years of accumulated photographic works, coupled with his continuous improvement in calligraphy, art and sculpture, successfully held the first solo exhibition in Ali's history in 199 1, including photography, calligraphy, art and sculpture. "My career is progressing steadily and my dream is gradually coming true." Photography is Mima Tsering's lifelong career. On weekdays, Mima Tsering is a photographer who keeps a low profile, treats people kindly, sticks to her dreams and asks for nothing in return. Since then, 28 photographers from different positions who love photography have gathered together and been taught by Mima Tsering. They know and communicate with each other, improve their technology, and persist in the development of photography according to local conditions and let a hundred flowers blossom. Up to now, the "Xiang Xiong Memory" photography lecture hall has been held for three times, and 28 students have signed up, including Tibetan and Chinese, male and female, local and Tibetan aid students, the oldest being 43 years old.

At present, all students have applied to join the Tibet Photographers Association. What pleases Mima Tsering most is that their students have been published and broadcast in the National Photography Competition and the Photography Exhibition of China Photographers Association for many times.
