Gong Yi, 194 1 was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu, and graduated from the folk music department of Shanghai Conservatory of Music. China is a famous professional guqin performer, a first-class performer, a master tutor of Shanghai Conservatory of Music, a vice-chairman of Guqin Professional Committee of China National Orchestral Society, and a representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage project (Guqin Art).
