The flash doesn't work when Mate 10 takes pictures.

This problem is mainly due to the incorrect setting of the flash, the power is lower than 16%, the temperature of the mobile phone is too high or the code scanning software is running. Please investigate and handle according to the following methods:

Flash mode is not on: In the flash in the upper left corner of the camera, set the flash mode to automatic or on.

When the battery power is lower than 16%, the flash can't work normally: please check the battery power of the mobile phone. If it is lower than 16%, please charge your mobile phone and take a new photo.

The phone is overheated: please let the phone stand for a while and try again.

The flash is used too frequently, which leads to the phone being too hot to use the flash: please let the phone stand for a while before using it.

The selected photo mode does not support flash: some photo modes such as time-lapse photography and streamer shutter do not support flash.

The flash mode is set to automatic: If you need to use the flash when taking every photo, please set the flash mode to ON.

Run the code scanning software: When the code scanning software is running, you can't use the flash. Please exit the code scanning software, and then turn on the flash to take pictures.
