How does Canon set up time-lapse photography?

Different models of Canon cameras have different time-lapse photography settings. Take Canon 80D as an example:

1. Set the camera to shooting mode, as shown in the figure below.

2. Find the delayed video of the menu, as shown in the figure below.

3. You can set the interval and the number of sheets in the detailed settings; Set the frequency of taking pictures. If the shooting is changeable, the shooting interval can be shorter and shorter, which will be smoother. If it is like taking a flower, it may take a long time to change it, so you can take a picture in 5 minutes or 10 minutes, as shown below.

4. If it can't be enabled, turn off the wife function. After setting the time, press the shutter once, and a prompt will appear, prompting you to test the current screen, adjust the relevant parameters, and click OK, as shown in the figure below.
