Extended data

The restrictions on foreign cars in Shenzhen have gone through three stages. In the first stage, from 2065438 to February 29, 2004, Shenzhen implemented incremental control measures for cars (that is, "purchase restriction"). In order to cooperate with the effective implementation of the "purchase restriction" measures, the Shenzhen traffic police also issued a notice to impose restrictions on non-deep-slab passenger cars throughout the city, and the scope was set in the original special zone.

The second stage is from 20 16 to April 2006 15. Since then, the Shenzhen Traffic Police has issued a notice again, expanding the "restricted" area of Shenzhen to some central cities and roads outside the original special zone, achieving partial coverage of the whole city and the whole region.

The third stage is the comprehensive overload control measures to be launched on August 2 1 day, involving the whole city except 38 special sections such as expressways.

Punishment mode: "Once a day, start punishment three times", with a fine of 300 and 3 points deducted.

If a foreign car is recorded on a number of restricted roads within one working day, it is only regarded as a driving record. If it violates the restrictions for the first time and the second time, it will not be punished, and it will be punished according to law from the third time, referred to as "one penalty for three times a day".
