Why can't I delete the chat history on QQ?

If you use a vivo phone, you can check the method of deleting QQ chat records:

1. Delete all chat records in QQ. You can enter QQ-click on the avatar in the upper left corner-Settings-General-Chat-Delete all chat records;

2. To delete the chat record of a single friend or group, you need to click "≦" in the upper left corner of the chat interface with friends or groups, and then click "Delete chat record".
