Legend of Niu Bei Ancient Road

Ever since I saw the sea of clouds in Wugong Mountain, I've always wanted to go to Niu Bei to see the beautiful 360-degree observation deck in China.

Niu Bei is located in Yingjing County, Ya 'an City, Sichuan Province, bordering Luding County. It is a branch of Erlang Mountain and a watershed between Qingyi River and Dadu River. Its highest peak is 3660 meters above sea level, formerly known as Daguan Mountain and Bison Mountain, also known as Niu Bei, which is the largest scenic spot in China. At the end of 2009, a famous photographer of National Geographic magazine stumbled upon an unknown hillside in Luding County, where many snow-capped mountains could be seen. On March 20 10, Chongqing Lvyou Huiji and Sichuan Lvyou Master finally boarded Lengzhai, a place called "Big Mine" by local people, and officially published photos and location information of the place on the Internet. Since then, in the name of Niubeishan, it has gained fame and friends from all over the world flocked to it.

Niu Shan is about 3,660 meters above sea level, surrounded by mountains, and its unique geographical position in the middle makes it a 360-degree all-round "the largest viewing platform in China", which is an excellent photography holy place.

D 1. Meet at the designated meeting place at noon 12:30, sign in, 13:00, and we will start on time. In the car, we introduced ourselves and got to know each other. The tour leader will explain the itinerary and precautions of this mountaineering activity, and then we will lead everyone to play happy interactive games. Haha, then you will know. We laughed and laughed all the way, and had lunch from Shimian Expressway along Yaxi Expressway. After that, we continued along the rolling Dadu River and shuttled between the mountains. We visited the steep Hengduan Mountains by bus, arrived at Lengzhai Town around 18:00 in the afternoon, took all the equipment, got off and changed to an off-road vehicle to go to our destination today-Yujingou Village.

Yujingou Village is considered as the best starting point and base camp for hiking in Niu Bei at an altitude of1700m. Choosing to start hiking here not only saves unnecessary physical exertion from Lengzhai town to here, but also allows everyone to adapt to the altitude and natural environment and save time for reaching the top of the mountain to watch the sunset tomorrow.

If the weather is fine, we can enjoy the sunset under the snowy mountain opposite the village. Tonight, we eat and live in Yujingou Village. You can choose AA for dinner and taste the smell of old bacon on the farm. You will only be greedy when you go up the mountain tomorrow.

D2. Get up at 6: 30 in the morning, wash and have breakfast. At 07: 30, we set off on time, passed through an antique local residence along the winding uphill road, and then carefully and slowly crossed a mountain road dug halfway up the mountain, and experienced the steepness of Niubei Mountain for the first time. Crossing the "natural barrier" here will make it easier to walk on the road. Looking up, the early morning sun occasionally shines on the hillside through the cracks in the clouds. Maybe we are walking under the clouds!

After about two hours' walk, we came to Pumaidi, the real climbing spot in Niu Bei. Dipu Village is a well-known small village with beautiful scenery, tranquility and peace, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, this is the only place to climb Niubei Mountain on foot. Take a rest here, drink some hot water, or visit the youth station, a dream home with a unique appearance and artistic atmosphere. After that, we continued to set out and gradually walked into the forest along the winding mountain dirt road. The slope of the road began to increase sharply. We control the rhythm and make sure that every player can keep up with the team.

Starting from popularizing the law, we will walk into the dense black pine forest, where all kinds of unknown wild fruits and wild flowers can be seen everywhere. If you are lucky, you can have a close date with the squirrel. Through the dense forest, you will be suddenly enlightened and reach the street garden. Street garden is 2600 meters above sea level. In addition to rest and hydration, you can also overlook Gongga Peak for the first time. Leaving the garden in the middle of the street, we crossed the road (that is, the dirt road) and the short circuit (path) in the forest. With the increase of altitude, we are either "lost" in the sea of clouds, just like walking in the clouds and being in a fairyland; Only when the clouds clear can we see clearly that the roads we have walked and the villages we have walked through are so small.

When the path is finished, it joins the main road. This is the famous sea of clouds. The altitude here is 32 13 meters, and the temperature is much lower than that at the foot of the mountain. The People's Sea of Clouds is the second largest viewing platform besides Niubei Mountain. The scenery here is very good. Looking around, the spectacular Gongga Peak and Yunpu Waterfall have begun to show their heroic spirit. We will arrange enough time to rest and take pictures here. Have a bowl of steaming beef noodles when you are hungry!

It's almost all roads from Haiyun people to the top of the mountain. Although the road conditions are poor, the scenery is beautiful, with rolling sea clouds at the foot and towering snow peaks in the distance. We walked and took photos excitedly and arrived at the top of the mountain around 16:30 in the afternoon. After setting up the campsite, you can start all kinds of beautiful photos. In the afternoon, the clouds began to settle and gather. Clouds and waterfalls are the most spectacular at this time. The leader can also take you to some "top secret" shooting locations to ensure that you will be amazed! The sunset ushered in a spectacular sunset, which was breathtaking. After dinner, the sky began to be full of stars. Photography lovers must not miss the beautiful starry sky in Niu Bei!

D3. In order to reach the top of the mountain before sunrise, we got up early. This is a real 360 viewing platform with panoramic views of Gongga Mountain, Lianhua Mountain, Wawu Mountain and Siguniang Mountain. It is a natural Lingling bonsai. It was getting light, and everyone held their breath. In the east, I saw a red sun break through the air. At the moment, the sky is full of red clouds and Jin Lang, and people are boiling. In the west, the sun suddenly crossed the obstacle and shone on the top of the snow-capped mountains, and then gradually expanded, forming a beautiful "Rizhao Jinshan"! At this moment, Niubei is welcoming the most beautiful and spectacular moment!

The sun rises, the light changes, the sea of clouds rolls, and the snow-capped mountains turn from gold to white. Standing on the top of the mountain in Niu Bei and looking around, I suddenly have a feeling that "this mountain is the peak". If this life is predestined friends with Buddha, there must be magical Buddha light on the sea of clouds. At the top of the mountain, we all kinds of soft bodies, worshiping, staring blankly, taking beautiful photos, came back from the camp on time around 9 am.

It is relatively easy to go down the mountain, but safety cannot be ignored. Go back along the way you came, and you can take more beautiful photos along the way. In the afternoon 14, we returned to Yujingou village. Our bus has been waiting here for a long time, so we got on the bus and went back to Chengdu, where the lights were dim.
