1. Applicants are requested to download the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Youxian County (Annex 2) and fill it in truthfully, and bring three recent one-inch bareheaded photos, ID cards, academic certificates (the online verification report provided by the Ministry of Education by recent graduates), academic certificates, teacher qualification certificates (or qualified grades), Putonghua grade certificates and other relevant supporting materials, and register directly at the registration place.

2. Each applicant can only apply for one position. Overreporting is invalid. Candidates should carefully read the conditions and requirements of the position reported, and the information filled in must be complete, legal, true and accurate. After the information is filled in and confirmed, it cannot be modified. If you fill in personal misstatement, inaccuracy or incorrect information, all consequences will be borne by yourself.

3. 18 years old and under 35 years old (1born between March 1987 and March 2005, and so on for other ages), if some positions have special requirements on age, the age required by the recruitment position shall prevail; The definition of age is based on my second-generation ID card within the validity period.

4. The applicant's degree must be recognized by the state. The qualifications of students studying abroad shall be certified by the relevant departments of the Ministry of Education. Academic degree certificate (academic certification) must be obtained before July 3, 20231. Those who fail to receive it within the prescribed time limit will be disqualified.

5. Candidates' majors should be filled out in strict accordance with the graduation certificate. The major required for the post refers to the 2023 Hunan Civil Servant Career Guidance Catalogue. The major studied has been included in the career guidance catalogue of civil servants in Hunan Province in 2023, but those who are not included in the recruitment position are not qualified to apply for the exam; If the major studied is not listed in the Catalogue of Career Guidance for Civil Servants in Hunan Province in 2023, it shall be determined by the competent department of the recruiting unit and reported to the comprehensive personnel management department of the institution at the same level for the record.

6. If the recruitment position requires teaching experience, the applicant must provide proof of teaching experience. Teaching outside the county, signed by the legal representative of the employer (legal person), sealed by the unit, stamped with the official seal of the education department at or above the county level (Annex 3), and provide social security certificates; Teaching in the county should be signed by the legal representative (legal person) of the employing unit, sealed by the unit (Annex 4), or provide social security certificate. Participate in social practice, internship, part-time job, etc. Full-time schooling can't be considered as work experience. The working years are calculated according to the full years and the expiration date, and the calculation time is until June 30, 2023.

7. Staffing personnel working in government agencies and institutions shall provide a certificate issued by the unit and its competent department agreeing to enter the examination (Annex 5).

8. If the recruitment position requires the household registration to be "Youxian", it is necessary to provide the household registration book with a clear official seal or the household registration certificate of the police station. Household registration as "Youxian" means that my household registration should be in Youxian on the date of announcement or when I join the college entrance examination.

9. After the applicants have passed the registration, the admission ticket must be properly kept. If the admission ticket is lost, all the consequences will be borne by the applicants.
