Is the animation produced by an online photography company infringing upon copyright infringement?

The photography company used cartoon pictures to infringe the copyright. According to relevant laws and regulations, users are not allowed to use animation images without the permission of the copyright owner. Otherwise, the behavior constitutes copyright infringement, and the infringer shall bear corresponding legal liability.

Legal Basis

Article 52 of the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China that took effect on June 1, 2021

(7) Remuneration must be paid for the use of other people's works and failure to pay;

(11) Other acts that infringe upon copyright and copyright-related rights and interests.
