Guaishiyu Scenic Area is located at the foot of Salatao Mountain, a branch of Alatao Mountain, about 38 kilometers northeast of Bole City, Bortala, Xinjiang, on the Chinese side of the Sino-Kazakhstan border, with an altitude of 780- 1350 meters. It consists of more than a dozen valleys, including Jiangjun Valley, Kapmugayi Valley, Xiannv Waterfall Valley, Hongjinlong Valley, Heping Flying Pigeon Valley and Tiansheng Queqiao Valley, extending from east to west. In 2007, it was named as a 4A-level scenic spot.

Features of scenic spots

The scenic spot is cut by more than ten mountain spring streams from north to south and east to west, with an east-west stream as the main tour route.
