Does the law require all photographic studio negatives to be sent?

Legal analysis: there is no explicit provision on whether a photo studio takes pictures. You need to ask or negotiate in advance, and the price may vary depending on whether you shoot or not. Because the negative is the result of the photographer's labor, the studio often takes a lot of unnecessary photos. The photos that the average customer has not selected will not be given to the studio because they are not included in the shooting price. So the studio can't give all the negatives.

Legal basis: People's Republic of China (PRC) Consumer Protection Law.

Article 16 When providing commodities or services to consumers, business operators shall perform their obligations in accordance with the provisions of this Law and other relevant laws and regulations. If there is an agreement between the operator and the consumer, they shall perform their obligations in accordance with the agreement, but the agreement between the two parties shall not violate the provisions of laws and regulations. When providing commodities or services to consumers, business operators shall abide by social morality, be honest and trustworthy, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers; Unfair and unreasonable trading conditions shall not be set, and trading shall not be forced.

Article 17 Business operators shall listen to the opinions of consumers on the goods or services they provide and accept the supervision of consumers.

Article 39 Disputes between consumers and business operators over consumers' rights and interests can be resolved through the following channels:

(a) negotiated settlement with the operator;

(2) Requesting consumers' associations or other mediation organizations established according to law to mediate;

(three) to complain to the relevant administrative departments;

(four) according to the arbitration agreement reached with the operator, submit it to an arbitration institution for arbitration;
